The A5 series — usually sold as “slot 5” — is a separate, small slot system with a 20 mm grid and M5 core thread. Ideal for delicate constructions where a slim profile matters: display cases, displays, cover frames, test set-ups and model making.
We cut all profiles to your dimensions — with 0.1 mm accuracy.

Aluminium profile 20x20 slot 5
The 20 × 20 profile is the entry into the series and the basis for light, compact frames. For more stiffness there are 40 × 20 and 40 × 40, for flat covers 20 × 10 and 40 × 10, and the R20 radius profile for rounded corners.

Which T-slot nuts fit aluminium profiles with slot 5?+
T-slot nuts of the A5 series — available from us in M3, M4 and M5 with web. T-slot nuts for slot 6 or slot 8 do not fit.
In which lengths can I get the profiles?+
We cut any length between 100 and 6,000 mm with 0.1 mm accuracy. Alternatively, we deliver full 3 m or 6 m bars. Mitre cuts, holes and threads can be requested via the profile configurator.
