Slotted aluminium profiles are the modular kit for machine frames, workstations, safety fences, furniture and DIY projects: profiles, connectors and accessories are bolted together without welding — and can be rebuilt and extended at any time.
We stock construction profiles in three slot sizes and cut every profile to your dimensions. Choose the slot size first — it determines which T-slot nuts, connectors and add-on parts fit.

Which slot size do I need?
- Slot 8 (A8) — the standard for mechanical engineering, frames and workstations. 40 mm grid, M8 core thread.
- Slot 6 (A6) — compact 30 mm range for lighter structures. M6 core thread.
- Slot 5 (A5) — small, separate slot system for delicate constructions. 20 mm grid, M5 core thread.
Important: the series are not compatible with each other. An A8 T-slot nut does not fit an A5 profile — even if the profiles look similar.
Cutting and machining
You do not order standard lengths but exactly the dimension your construction needs: any length between 100 and 6,000 mm with 0.1 mm accuracy, or full 3 m or 6 m bars. Mitre cuts, holes and threads can be requested directly in the profile configurator.

How much do the aluminium profiles cost?+
Add the profiles you need to the cart with cut length and quantity, then send the request. You will receive a non-binding quotation with prices for exactly your lengths.
In which lengths can I get the profiles?+
We cut any length between 100 and 6,000 mm with 0.1 mm accuracy. Alternatively, we deliver full 3 m or 6 m bars. Mitre cuts, holes and threads can be requested via the profile configurator.
What is the difference between slot 5, slot 6 and slot 8?+
The number describes the slot size or series. It determines the grid, the core thread and which T-slot nuts and connectors fit: slot 5 with 20 mm grid and M5, slot 6 as a compact 30 mm range with M6, slot 8 with 40 mm grid and M8.
Are CAD data available for the profiles?+
Yes — depending on the item, a PDF data sheet, a DXF drawing and a STEP 3D model can be downloaded on the product pages.
